HRSA commissioned two studies conducted by highly regarded third party consultants to quantify the economic sustainability of The ARC. It’s one thing to build a facility and it’s another to pay for its ongoing maintenance and operations, while helping the community deeply understand The ARC’s economic contribution to the greater Helena area. Both of these studies focused on the local economic impact of the project and the economic feasibility of facilities operations can be found below.
