Lewis & Clark Brewing Ales for Charity

You Made it Happen on February 7, 2017!

Thanks to the over 200 people who came out on a frigid February night to support the Helena Regional Sports Association in our efforts to bring a tournament-quality indoor sports facility to Helena.  Lewis & Clark Brewing Co. selected HRSA to receive $1.00 for every beer sold between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm on February 7, 2017, raising over $200 during that time.    HRSA representatives collected community input about the three sports facility options currently being considered, and found overwhelming support for the option that includes indoor turf facilities in addition to aquatics and gymnasium space.  Thanks to our generous community, over $2,000 was raised in support of our efforts that night!

Helena Tourism Alliance Awards HRSA $5,000 Grant

HTA would like to see this facility place Helena, for the first time in years, in a position to host indoor events.

“After sharing the news of this potential facility with the Tourism Business Improvement District Board of Directors it is fair to say the group is absolutely thrilled.”, says Heidi O’Brien, Executive Director of HTA.

HRSA Awarded $25,000 Grant

The Helena Regional Sports Association was awarded a $25,000 grant from the Montana Department of Commerce, Big Sky Economic Development Trust Fund.  The grant will be used to complete a feasibility study detailing the type of sports facility that the Helena region can afford to build and maintain.
